I'm writing this as a warning to others about my terrible online shopping experience. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid an extra $19.95 for "next day delivery," only to be told it would take days and then receive my glasses nearly a week late. After being trapped in an endless loop of automated chats and phone menus, I finally managed to reach a person to demand a refund for a service I never received.

Customer: I finally get a human! I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, and my order from six days ago was just delivered today. Your automated system is a nightmare. I want my shipping fee refunded immediately.

CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the significant delay with your order and the trouble you've had reaching us. I can absolutely understand your frustration. Can I please get your order number to pull up the details?

Customer: It's [Order Number]. I don't want excuses; I want the $19.95 you charged for a service you clearly didn't provide. Your website is completely misleading.
