⚠️ A Cautionary Tale: They Took My Money and Ghosted Me
I'm writing this as a cautionary tale for anyone thinking of buying glasses from this website. My experience was an absolute disaster that left me feeling completely ripped off and ignored. To put it simply, I REALLY WANT TO GIVE. GlassesUSA “NO STARS! “. They took my payment - right after my order. I NEVER received an email confirmation. Meaning I never got an order Id. Called multiple times. Emailed as well no response. After being ignored for days, I finally managed to get a live person on the phone, and I was determined to get answers.
Customer: Your company took my money days ago, and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. No confirmation email, no order number, nothing. I’ve called and emailed and have gotten zero response.
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this frustrating experience. It is completely unacceptable that you didn't receive a confirmation or a response from us. Can I please get your full name and the email address you used to place the order? I will look into this for you immediately.
Customer: It's under Jane Doe, j.doe@email.com. The charge hit my credit card on Monday. I want to know where my order is or I want my money back. This is ridiculous.
