My recent online shopping experience was absolutely terrible, and I feel compelled to share it as a cautionary tale. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers; they are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery" for my glasses, only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take "3 business days." This blatant discrepancy and the lack of a human customer service made me furious, prompting me to demand a refund for the unfulfilled service.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and your email says it will take three business days. I need a refund for the $19.95 delivery fee. CS Rep: I apologize for the confusion regarding the delivery timeframe. I can submit a request to our billing department for review. Customer: A request? No, you're not providing the service I paid for. I need a direct refund now, not a review by a department. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. My system only allows me to escalate this to the billing team, who will then assess the eligibility for a refund. Customer: So, you're telling me I paid for something I won't receive, and I might not even get my money back? This is unacceptable.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
