Let me tell you about my nightmare online glasses shopping experience with GlassesUSA. I'm writing this because I want to warn others. My order, placed on May 4th, was promised to be ready by May 11th. It's now May 26th, and I'm still waiting. I’ve received countless apology emails for the delay, but no glasses! My attempts to contact customer service were equally frustrating; after multiple calls, I finally spoke to someone in India who was utterly unhelpful. The whole experience was a complete waste of time and money, and left me feeling incredibly let down. This isn't just a minor inconvenience; it's unacceptable customer service for a company that claims to be reliable. I felt compelled to leave a review and try to engage with their customer service to resolve the issue, but I'm doubtful anything will change.

Customer: I placed an order on May 4th, promised delivery by May 11th. It's May 26th and I still haven't received my glasses. I've gotten several apology emails, but that doesn't help me see.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your order. Can you please provide your order number?

Customer: Of course, it's #12345. I've tried calling several times already, and the person I finally spoke with was unhelpful. I want to know what's happening with my order and when I can expect to receive it.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Let me check the status of your order right now. There seems to have been an unforeseen delay in the production process. We are working to expedite this for you, and should have it shipped by the end of the week. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as it's available.

Customer: I hope this is true. The original delivery date was weeks ago! I paid for the glasses. I need an update on the shipping and tracking information.

CS Rep: We will send you an email with an update and tracking number as soon as possible. Again, I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
